臨床和研究領(lǐng)域
糖尿病胰島素是負(fù)責(zé)控制葡萄糖代謝的主要激素。胰島素的分泌主要受血漿葡萄糖濃度的控制，并且激素具有許多重要的代謝作用。在胰島素依賴性糖尿病（1型糖尿病）和一些其他病癥如低垂體癥中胰島素濃度嚴(yán)重降低。胰島素濃度在非胰島素依賴型糖尿?。?型糖尿?。葝u素瘤和某些類型的內(nèi)分泌功能障礙（如庫欣綜合征和肢端肥大癥）中升高。	心血管疾病氧化低密度脂蛋白（LDL）是一種致動脈粥樣硬化斑塊特異性蛋白，直接參與動脈粥樣硬化病變的發(fā)生和發(fā)展。血管造影證實(shí)的冠狀動脈疾病患者的血漿氧化LDL水平顯著升高，現(xiàn)在越來越清楚氧化LDL的循環(huán)水平是冠狀動脈粥樣硬化的標(biāo)志物。載脂蛋白（a）也被研究作為動脈粥樣硬化的獨(dú)立危險(xiǎn)因素。 ELISA分析可用于兩種分析物。

分析原則

哺乳動物糖尿病
