簡單描述: MgEGTA is a buffer used in alternative complement pathway assays to prevent complement activation by the classical and lectin pathways (Moraan. B.P. (2000: Dodds, A.W. and Sim, R.B. (1997)) Various concentrations have been used successfully by different scientists and these range from 3 mM to13 mM final MgEGTA concentration.
